Profile:
Alexia Kita Blake comes to The Perry
Law Firm with prodigious experience in employment and
labor law. For more than fifteen years she has practiced
commercial law, representing private and public sector
employers in all aspects of employment and labor law.
Her practice includes litigation in federal and state
courts regarding compliance and discrimination issues;
representation of employers before federal and state
regulatory agencies, such as the Pennsylvania Human
Relations Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission,
Department of Labor, Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board,
and National Labor Relations Board; counseling employers
on personnel issues; and representing employers in labor
arbitrations. Ms. Blake has been a frequent speaker
to local chambers of commerce and business organizations,
and served for several years as an adjunct faculty member
at the University of Scranton Graduate School of Health
Administration & Human Resources, where she lectured
on employment law.
