| Profile:
Patricia A. Lafferty, Esquire, graduated from the University
of Scranton and Widener University School of Law. She
began working for the Lackawanna County District Attorney’s
Office in 2004. She most recently worked in the
Special Victims Unit of the Lackawanna County District
Attorney’s Office where she served on the Child
Death Review Team and Children’s Advocacy Center
Multidisciplinary Review Team.
Ms. Lafferty also worked for the Law Offices of James
T. Mulligan where she practiced real estate law and
general law from 2006 to 2007.
Prior to joining the District Attorney’s Office
in 2004, Ms. Lafferty was an attorney with the law
firm of Foley, McLane, Foley, McDonald & MacGregor,
P.C. where she specialized in personal injury litigation.
Ms. Lafferty is a member of the Lackawanna Bar Association
and sits on the Board of the Young Lawyer’s Division. She
is also a member of the Association of Women’s
Lawyers and the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
