Profile:
Mr. O’Brien joined the Perry
Law Firm with nearly a decade’s experience as
a paralegal in the state of Massachusetts and Delaware
where he was a voting member of each state’s paralegal
association.
Mr. O’Brien initially interned and
later served as a paralegal with Attorney Frederic C.
Harris from 1997-1998 before spending the next two years
assisting in ADR process settling the class action lawsuit
filed against John Hancock Financial Services, Inc.
and, later, Swartz & Swartz as a litigation paralegal.
His additional legal experience includes acting as a
commercial litigation paralegal with the Boston office
of Murtha, Cullina, Roche, Carens & DeGiacomo, LLP,
and five years as a bankruptcy paralegal with the Wilmington,
Delaware office of Pachulski, Stang, Ziehl, Young, Jones
& Weintraub LLP.
