Christian J. Owens joined The Perry Law Firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Margaret Bisignani Moyle in the Lackawanna Court of Common Pleas, where he worked on a variety of cases in Civil, Criminal and Family Law.
Prior to joining the Perry Law Firm, Mr. Murray served as the judicial law clerk for The Honorable President Judge Michael J. Barrasse in the Lackawanna County Court of Common Pleas, where he worked primarily on Criminal law.
